Description
The pieces of this stylish mid-century set of side tables contain three individual tables that are graduated in size. Whether put together or separated and laid around the room to form a cohesive interior style, versatility is definitely one of the main advantages of this set.
While the design is simple at its core, there are numerous features that set this set apart, from the visual to the material quality. All three tables are carved from individual wood pieces, mixing the versatile patterns and colour variations in the grain. The conscious lack of ornamentation leaves the material to be the main decorative element, showcasing its natural beauty, which is a simple, but clever way to elevate their aesthetic. Each piece is made of solid wood with a distinctive grain and pattern that is even more noticeable when the individual tables are next to each other. The thick round tops are supported by three tapered “block” legs that exude strength, while their smooth edges show off the impeccable woodwork. The different sizes of these side tables serve both functional and visual goals; they can conveniently be used individually or nested together for more surface area, or even be used as stools. Additionally, a trio of tables brings added depth and cosiness to any space, and also follows the revered rule of three – a feng shui principle that encourages 'groups of three' to open and relax a space.
Created with mobility and flexibility in mind, these side tables can be organized in an unlimited variety of stylish and functional configurations. The versatility and functionality of this set is completed by the organic approach of mid-century European design. Soft, rounded edges and craftsmanship characterize this set.
