Pair of Mid-Century Modernist Striated Walnut Mirrors Joined

This beautiful pair of Mid-Century Modern mirrors were realized in France circa 1960. They feature rectangular mirrored panels secured to slatted bodies of rectangular walnut via brushed brass supports. Brass cylindrical supports piece through the walnut frame that supports the mirrored panel from two points on the sides, while small hinges support it from the bottom- all becoming elements of the overall design. With its dynamic mixture of materials, refined color palate, and clean modernist lines, this pair of mirrors would be a winning addition to any style of interior from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. They are in excellent vintage condition.
