This French 19th Century bookmatched mahogany commode is in wonderful antique condition. Its original charcoal and white marble top fits perfectly over the base. This commode houses four drawers for plenty of storage. The top drawer is hidden in the apron, the following three drawers are fixed with a pair of decorative cast brass that depict an urn overflowing with flowers and decorative floral escutcheons.The second of these decorative drawers has a functioning lock. Column forms flank the drawers and feature brass capitals and bases. Make sure to view all of the images to get a closer look at the details.
