Description
George Nelson for Herman Miller Green Front Two Door Cabinet model 4625, with 2 doors and single shelf designed in 1952.
George Nelson was an iconic designer who collaborated with Herman Miller to create some of the most innovative and sought-after furniture designs of the mid-20th century. Among his many contributions, these George Nelson sideboards stand out as a timeless and striking example of his design sensibilities. The rich mahogany body and beautifully green color front creates a unique and eye-catching finish. The aluminum legs are sleek and modern, providing a beautiful contrast to the warm wood tones of the mahogany.
The sideboard features two doors that swing open to one shelf for storage. It is constructed from solid wood and veneer, with carefully crafted details such as tapered legs and sleek handles.
One of the standout features of the George Nelson for Herman Miller sideboard is its versatility. It can be used as a statement piece in a living room or dining room, as a storage solution in a bedroom, or even as a media console.
Note: we have left the legs with patina to show the age of the piece. We can also clean them and remove the patina if the new owner so desires - let us know.
