Description
A rustic French walnut armchair from the late 18th century with rush seat, carved ladder back, curving arms and upholstered cushion. Created in France during the later years of the 18th century, this walnut armchair charms us with its rustic character and good proportions. The chair features a carved ladder back connected to two partially upholstered curving arms. The rush seat presents a used upholstered cushion in fair condition. The ensemble is raised on four cylindrical legs with turned supports and double side stretchers.
